Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided RF scanners and electric pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Maintain clean and organized work area following OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
