Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document daily activities and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
