As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates efficiently. You will be responsible for retrieving products accurately and preparing them for shipment, maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and RF guns to accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order fulfillment and shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
