Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new staff on warehouse systems and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/picking experience in high-volume operations
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
