Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Assist in receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse picking or order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
