Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Package goods securely for transit damage prevention
- Process returns and damaged goods according to policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Reliable transportation to North Minneapolis facility
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
