Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in real-time
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner operation knowledge or willingness to train
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory
- Pass background check and drug screening
