Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Optimize workflow efficiency through lean practices and continuous improvement
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S standards throughout operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
- Background check and drug screen required post-hire
