As a key player in our fulfillment operations, you'll ensure accurate order processing and maintain inventory integrity with competitive pay ($18-$22/hr) plus benefits. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
