Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper labeling before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
