Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and safety protocols.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
