Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to client specifications and barcodes.
- Inspect products for quality control and damages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
