Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Assemble, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and responsibly.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not always required.
