Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage products according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Keep inventory records up to date and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
