Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before shipping to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Scan and label products to ensure proper inventory tracking and organization.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading labels, measuring, and verifying order accuracy.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including temperature-controlled environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Valid driver's license is required.
