Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping based on pick lists and customer requirements.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to log inventory data accurately.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, boxed, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
