The Role:
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving, selecting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and WMS systems to locate and retrieve merchandise accurately.
- Pack, seal, and label orders according to company standards and shipping regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Perform inventory cycle counts and spot checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a standing/walking environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
