Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick tickets
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Follow standard operating procedures for order fulfillment
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
