Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming/outgoing inventory shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow strict safety protocols for material handling and equipment use
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for learning digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new processes
