Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse equipment.
- Scan and verify items to ensure accuracy and maintain inventory control.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
