Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product codes, quantities, and order details before shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstations in compliance with OSHA standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
