Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
