Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shifts
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as required
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings or evenings
