Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Verify product quantities, quality, and lot numbers before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory zones
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
