Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Perform inventory checks and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and reduce errors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
