Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company SOPs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to read packing slips
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
