Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipping
- Optimize warehouse organization and inventory rotation
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment cleanliness
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
