As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on our safety standards, team atmosphere, and competitive compensation packages.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor dock work is involved) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
