Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified training provided)
- Inspect and prepare items for shipping, ensuring proper packaging
- Maintain organized workstations and follow inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Background check and drug screen required
