Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse productivity through efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and effectively
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
