Responsibilities
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packaging to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (we offer training for certified candidates), and conveyors, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all OSHA guidelines and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production quotas and operational deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (dock doors/warehouse climate).
