Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization is optimal for speed and safety.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, or RF Scanner) safely and according to protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any picking discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices and wireless headsets.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet daily productivity goals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to cross-train on other warehouse functions.
