As a Weekend Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment center. You will work in a fast-paced setting, ensuring that every order is picked accurately, packed securely, and shipped out on time. We utilize the latest technology to make your job easier and more efficient.

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Handle freight loading and unloading as required during shift transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
