Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, completeness, and damage.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role) or willingness to obtain one.
