Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Plano facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
