Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in remote weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote administrative tasks (scheduling, reporting)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
