Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Participate in cross-functional projects for process improvement
- Utilize remote tools for schedule management and digital training modules
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for remote coordination
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to Louisville facility
