Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and productivity
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
