Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety standards
- Participate in cross-functional team projects for continuous improvement
- Adapt to fluctuating demand schedules with remote administrative flexibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with RF scanners and digital inventory tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills for remote scheduling updates
- Reliable transportation to Houston distribution center
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
