Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies in real-time via our remote dashboard
- Collaborate with remote supervisors through digital communication tools for task prioritization
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S methodology
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings for performance reviews and process improvements
- Support cross-functional teams by providing remote order status updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse experience or equivalent training program
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Dallas facility for 2-3 weekly on-site shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
