- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through remote monitoring tools
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for order fulfillment optimization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to on-site shifts
