- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Collaborate with remote team via digital systems for order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for remote coordination tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
