Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools for order updates
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in digital tools (scanners, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility (hybrid role)
- Ability to work independently with remote team coordination
