Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Update inventory counts in real-time via our remote-access WMS system
- Collaborate with supervisors through virtual daily stand-ups and digital reporting tools
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in quarterly remote training sessions for new warehouse technologies
- Support inventory audits using digital checklists and photo documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
