Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through handheld scanners
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
- Follow SOPs for quality control and safety compliance
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Pittsburgh facility
