Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Comply with OSHA standards and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficient with digital tools (scanners, tablets, inventory software)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with order accuracy >99%
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High-speed internet access for remote coordination
- Excellent communication skills with remote team capabilities
