Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control protocols
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve warehouse operations
- Document work activities in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekends
- Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus
