Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Utilize remote-friendly digital tools for task management and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with remote oversight
