Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation to Fresno facility (on-site requirements)
