Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using our proprietary warehouse management system
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain organized and sanitized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote inventory coordinators via digital platforms
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and reduce travel time
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams via Slack/Zoom
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
